Shipping & Return
ChouChou Return Policy
You can return the items in person to the store location or via USPS with tracking number. All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached. Defective items may still be accepted. We recommend shipping packages back using USPS Flat Rate shipping with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages. Without proof of receipt and delivery, ChouChou will not issue return credit.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. ChouChou does not provide return shipping labels.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
ChouChou reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An unusual or excessive returns history suggestive of “wardrobing.”
- An unusual or excessive returns history involving used, altered, laundered, defective, or missing items.
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, ChouChou reserves the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
Custom Made Item Returns
All ‘custom made’ items are considered “Final Sale” and cannot be returned for store credit. Additionally, cosmetics, beauty products, and jewelry, are also non-returnable. (‘Custom made’ items can be accessed in-store and through direct message (DM) function from the ChouChou Instagram page.)
Returns to Store
All items must be returned in original condition (including all packaging and accessories) with tags attached. All items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. We do NOT accept returns on ‘custom made’ products, cosmetics and jewelry.
Most returns will process in approximately 1-2 weeks, depending on your method of return. Additional delays may occur.
A refund will then be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately 1-3 business days after the processing date. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Gift card purchases will be refunded in the form of a merchandise credit.

To Make an Exchange for the Same Item in a Different Size or Color
If you are making an exchange for the same item in a different size or color, you will not be charged for re-shipment of the item to you or the $5.95 return-label fee. Please
contact us to complete your exchange and have your new item shipped out ASAP!
To Make an Exchange For a Different Item
If you are making an exchange for a different item, a $5.95 return fee will be deducted from your refund and shipping charges will be applied to your new order.
If the cost of your new item is less than that of the item you originally ordered, we will credit your original method of payment for the price difference, minus the applicable new shipping fee.
If the cost of your new item is more than the item you originally ordered, your original method of payment will be charged the price difference, in addition to the applicable new shipping fee.
